I would like to give thanks to Mrs Sophia and Caring Arms Homecare Services for their excellent services that they gave my dad for the past 5 years, Caring Arms Homecare Services and Mrs Sophia made sure my dad every needs was meet with an amazing job service, the staff that came out to the house was wonderful they made sure to help him with all his daily cares including doctor visit taking, taking him out to buy groceries, they even took him to the park, they also help him with his food, feeding him with so much care and understanding, plus making sure that he was well dressed for all his appointments including his church appointments on saturday morning, we couldn’t ask for a better company to work with, Caring Arms Homecare Services made my dad feel like he was there family member, so from the bottom of my heart thank you so much from me and my family for your excellent services.

Over the past year, as my husband's dementia progressed, we gradually increased his companion care from one afternoon a week to four. Throughout this time, I had complete confidence that the Caring Arms team would ensure every booking was honored—and they never let us down.

The caregivers who came to our home were exceptional, seemingly handpicked to connect with my husband in a way that truly mattered. Their kindness, understanding, and quality of care made a significant difference, allowing my husband to remain at home longer than we had expected.

I have been extremely fortunate to be matched with two wonderful carers who carry out their duties with professionalism and care.

Their responsibilities include household chores, general cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and pharmacy visits. They are reliable, willing, and always helpful—arriving on time, completing every task asked of them, and even reminding me of jobs I may have forgotten to mention.
